5.1 Retrospective

Who takes part?
- Everyone in the team without exception.
What do I need?
- The easiest way is to use one of our templates.
(see 1.3 Agile methods) - Pen and post-it’s.
How does the retrospective work?
- Everyone writes down at least one answer to the questions of the selected template on one post-it’s each.
- Then everyone sticks their post-it’s in the appropriate places on the template.
- This method makes everyone’s answers transparent and the discussion can begin.
But please do not forget the rules of feedback! (see 1.4 Feedback)
